How should I pack my items?
You can pack your clothing in clean bags (bin liners are a popular choice) or boxes. If you have other items (such as DVDs or small electrical items) please put them in separate bags or boxes.
Do I have to be home at the collection time?
You don’t need to be at home when we collect. When booking, just let us know whether you’ll be in. If not, you can leave your items in a safe, weather-protected spot for us to collect.
Do you accept more than just clothes?
We are able to collect good condition books along with CDs / DVDs / VHS Tapes. We can also accept toys and small working electrical items. Please bag/box these separately to your clothes.
