How to book a free clothes collection
It takes less than 60 seconds to book a free clothes collection in Hertfordshire using our simple 3-step process.

Place all unwanted clothes in clean bags or boxes. Bin bags are absolutely fine

Leave your bags by the door. If you’ve asked us to knock, we’ll do so and collect directly.
How to pack your items
Packing your items properly helps us sort and reuse them more efficiently. Please make sure everything is clean, complete, and ready to go. It only takes a few minutes.
- 1.Use clean bags – Bin bags are absolutely fine. Just make sure they’re tied securely.
- 2.Separate clothing from other items – Pack clothes and shoes bags (bin liners are fine), and use a separate bags or boxes for non-clothing items like books, toys, or small electricals.
- 3. Keep shoes in pairs – Tie laces or bag pairs together where possible.
- 4. Avoid heavy boxes – If you're packing books or other heavy items, use multiple small bags/boxes instead of one large one.
- 5. Label bags if possible – This helps us sort donations quickly (e.g. "clothes", "toys").
